The Certified Learning and Development Associate (CLDA) program is an essential certification for early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in Learning and Development (L&D). Designed for individuals with 0–3 years of experience, this program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to create and manage impactful training programs that align with organizational goals. Through eight carefully curated modules, participants will explore the key components of L&D, including training policies, needs assessment, competency-based frameworks, coaching, mentoring, and program evaluation.
A hallmark of the CLDA program is its practical, inclusive approach. Participants will develop essential facilitation techniques, learn to address diverse learning styles and design training plans that are adaptable to both in-person and virtual environments. The CLDA Philippines Batch is a 2-day live, virtual, and interactive learning and certification program conducted via Zoom Business. This is a 16-hour expert-led intensive workshop program tailored for emerging L&D practitioners.
Candidates for certification are expected to collaborate on business cases relating to L&D and complete a 40-item multiple-choice timed assessment. This verifiable international certification provides lifetime validity. Certified practitioners are identified with the initials CLDA after their name.
