Redeeming an IHRI Learning Gift Card

If you’ve received an IHRI Learning Gift Card, click the Redeem button on your email to select your preferred IHRI program. The Card Number will automatically be applied upon checkout. If the IHRI Learning Gift Card value is higher than the program you intend on attending, the difference will still be available for use on other programs until the expiration date.

Validity

All IHRI Learning Gift Cards are valid for use on all IHRI programs for 1 year.

Email Notification

Emails are sent upon successful purchase unless a specific date is provided otherwise. Please be sure to check the Spam or Junk folder in the email account to see if the email notification for the IHRI Learning Gift Card is there.

Refund Requests

IHRI Learning Gift Card purchases may be refunded within 30 days from the purchase date, provided it has not been used in part or in full. To request a refund, email

Please note that IHRI Learning Gift Card purchases may only be used for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. Use of the IHRI Learning Gift Card for commercial purposes is restricted by IHRI.
